Itinerary

Day 01

You will be greeted warmly in Negombo and driven to Villa Hundira, a stunning location encircled by lush vegetation upon arrival. Enjoy some tranquillity as you approach relaxation.

Day 02

The Kandy Holy Temple of the Tooth Relic and its tranquil surroundings will be your first stop of the day after your journey to Digana. This place which is among the most revered in the country, represents a profoundly peaceful and spiritual moment. Digana’s Rukgala Retreat will be pleased to host you for the night after that. Take advantage of the chance to experience nature in all its unspoiled beauty and lose yourself in a magnificent world far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Day 03

 Participate in the morning and evening yoga classes every day. Take pleasure in a guided walk to Bambaragala’s meditation caves. Go rock climbing and explore the Bambaragala Caves. Spend the night at the Rukgala Retreat in Digana.

Day 04

In the morning take a yoga class and enjoy paddle boarding on the lake. Get a full body massage from a qualified massage therapist to relax. To wrap up the day attend a yoga class in the evening. At the Retreat at Rukgala spend the night.

Day 05

Make your way to the historic town of Galle after saying goodbye to Digana. After a ride to the charming boutique hotel Niyagama House which is surrounded by lush vegetation, this is the ideal location to relax and refuel. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere while taking in the area's beauty.

Day 06

The next morning begin your therapy yoga and exercise session at Niyagama House. Exercise your relaxation skills and engage in guided meditation. You can unwind by meditating for five productive minutes. As soon as you can head to Galle if you want to attend calming and stimulating yoga classes in the evening.

Day 07

After a final relaxed morning feel refreshed and prepared to reintegrate the tranquillity of your retreat into your daily life as you head to the airport.
