Itinerary

Day 01, 02 & 03

When you first get to Negombo check into the Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions. Spend three days receiving personalised Ayurvedic treatments such as massages and herbal therapies and lose yourself in a journey of health. Participate in yoga classes that increase strength and flexibility and guided meditation sessions to foster mental clarity and calm. Make the most of the hotels tranquil surroundings to unwind and recharge.

Day 04

On this day leave Negombo and travel to your lodging which is near Wilpattu National Park. On this delightful tour, you will see Sri Lanka's natural splendour. When you get there check into the resort which provides a tranquil haven with lovely surroundings that are perfect for relaxation and introspection.

Day 05

On the fifth day explore the ancient ruins of Anuradhapura which have been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site due to their cultural and historical significance. Take a day to explore the stupas and holy temples that are a part of the historic architecture of the ruin. The day's activities conclude with a leisurely meditation consultation at your accommodation.

Day 06

Spend the whole day at your hotel, concentrating on meditation and personal health.Developing mindfulness and meditation skills over time can help you feel more at peace with who you are. To relax and recharge take in the resort's serene surroundings

Day 07, 08

On the seventh day arrive at the Samadhi Center in Kandy. It is a peaceful retreat with breathtaking natural surroundings that is ideal for rest and reflection. Day 09,10,11,12&13

To complete the last leg of your journey proceed to Tangalle’s Talalla Retreat. While at this beachside retreat for five days participate in daily yoga sessions and enjoy the expansive views of Talalla Beach which is shaped like a crescent. In addition to swimming and lounging on the beach, the retreat offers workshops nature hikes and cultural excursions as well as other wellness activities. There are lots of chances for relaxation introspection and personal development in this last section which is situated by the sea.
